Humanitarian crises can increase the rates of these disorders, with one in five affected by a conflict. Therefore, mental health issues are an increasingly urgent matter and require urgent attention.

Our Mission
Promoting Mental Well-being

There‘s no question that mental well-being is essential to our overall health and happiness. Yet, despite its importance, mental health is often overlooked or left untreated. We are committed to enriching the quality of life and bringing the curve of suicidal cases as low as possible.
Not a goal, but a journey, is mental health. There will be ups and downs, but you may achieve a level of mental well-being with assistance and self-care. Through awareness, education, and support, we primarily advocate for increased mental well-being with an emphasis on the overall welfare of people and their families.
Path to a Compassionate Society

On a path with our community to ensure having a Compassionate society, where one can show Empathy towards others, Accept and Respect one’s emotional needs and Encourage and Empower rich holistic health within the community.
What is hence required to create a peaceful society?
Each of us must first resolve to behave compassionately in all of our contacts. This entails showing compassion and composure, especially in trying circumstances. It entails speaking out when we witness unfair treatment of someone. It entails helping individuals who are in need.
Promoting Mental Illness Awareness

Unless we promote and advocate about the understanding of mental illness, encourage and spread awareness about increasing tolerance and acceptance of people living with such illness, people will continue to avoid talking about mental illness and also avoid seeking help, which leads one to feel worthless, resulting in steps of self-harm.
The goal here is to promote seeking help and encourage people to express their emotions and seek appropriate treatment & services in order to recover themselves and return back to good health.
Promote Self-care and emotional needs awareness

We believe and respect every individual’s right to choose their own way to cater to their emotional needs while encouraging them to seek timely help. We sincerely believe in showing empathy towards individuals who seek help and we work tirelessly with them in order to help them find their successful path.
It’s also essential to know your triggers and have a plan in place for when you feel overwhelmed. This can involve keeping a notebook, talking to a friend, or stepping away from social media. Having a release mechanism in place is essential for times of stress or overwhelm.
Our Vision

A future without mental illness
A future without mental illness is a future where everyone is able to lead a happy and productive life. We envision a climate which is free from Suicidal cases and possesses stronger Mental Health. In this climate, we as a community, recognize that mental health is as important as physical health in the overall development of an individual. Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of and that it can be developed by anyone, at any age. However, just like physical illness, mental illness, too, is treatable as well as preventable, thus leaving no room for stigma.

Different Approaches to Healing
We strongly believe that every individual is different and that there is no ‘one size fits all’ approach when it comes to healing. We understand that everyone’s path to mental wellness looks different as everyone have their own unique way of dealing and coping with situations in their lives. The most important thing is to find what works best for you. If you are feeling ill, it is important to consult with our team to find out what the best course of treatment is for you. We will be able to help you choose the right approach for your particular situation.

Create A Mental Health Community
A community for mental health is a great place to connect with others going through similar issues. We are able to push for the mental health community by influencing decisions, regulations, and beliefs thanks to our unwavering commitment and well regarded services. A mental health community is a group of people who come together to support one another. It could take place offline or online. There, you can share your stories and listen to others’, finding acceptance and understanding in the process.
